In the mystery of Nazareth we find inspiration for a life of deep contemplation

(Constitutions 3.1)

The Eucharist – The heart and centre of the Church is the heart and centre of our life and vocation.

Daily we come together at the table of the Lord to celebrate his Paschal Mystery, to be nourished by his Word and his body, and to receive the graces necessary for serving our world through Christ’s redemptive love

(Constitutions, 3.2)

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament

As our Foundress did we adore the same Christ who was hidden in Nazareth and who is sacramentally present in the Eucharist. By our prayer of adoration we strengthen our faith, express our love, and experience Hs power at work in us. Adoration of the Blesses Sacrament revitalizes our our consecrated lives and enables us to take Christ to those to whom we are sent.
